Job Description

We are looking for "Camera Operators" for our leading client in the Landbase Hotel & Casino sector, which we are consulting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls requesting the need for surveillance coverage;
• Have knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft operating systems;
• Conduct surveillances through the CCTV system using the necessary equipment to observe, report and record procedural violations and unusual activities;
• Monitor the operation of employees' automatic invoicing, gaming voucher, voucher redemption and bonus payment machines;
• Monitor employees' video recordings of the operation of the counting room, cash and slot cash storage boxes, table game drop boxes;
• Be responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training;
• Ensure that violations are communicated to appropriate supervisory personnel in a timely manner and followed up with accurate and detailed documentation;
• Working knowledge of OASIS applications, responsible for cage, pit (customer status inquiries), credit, marketing, player club and self-exclusion data;
• Conducting digital video reviews as assigned;
• Preparation of equipment failure documentation;
• Be responsible for the correct and efficient operation of procedures within the assigned department.
• Complete all required certifications and all internal training.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent;
• Preferably with 1 year of casino supervision experience.

Görev ve Sorumluluklar

• Gözetim kapsamı ihtiyacını talep eden çağrılara yanıt vermek;
• Microsoft işletim sistemleri dahil olmak üzere bilgisayar yazılımı bilgisine sahip olmak;
• Usul ihlallerini ve olağan dışı faaliyetleri gözlemlemek, raporlamak ve kaydetmek için gerekli ekipmanları kullanarak CCTV sistemi aracılığıyla gözetimleri gerçekleştirmek;
• Çalışanların otomatik fatura kesme, oyun kuponu, kupon itfa ve ikramiye ödeme makinelerinin çalışmasını izlemek;
• Çalışanların sayım odası işleyişi, nakit ve slot nakit saklama kutuları, masa oyunu açılır kutularının hareketlerinin video kayıtlarını izlemek;
• Yıllık Kara Para Aklamayı Önleme/Title 31 eğitimini tamamlamaktan sorumlu olmak;
• İhlallerin uygun denetim personeline zamanında iletilmesi, doğru ve ayrıntılı belgelerle takip edilmesini sağlamak;
• OASIS uygulamalarının çalışma bilgisine sahip, kafes, çukur (müşteri durumu sorgulamaları), kredi, pazarlama, oyuncu kulübü ve kendini men etme verilerinden sorumlu olmak;
• Atandığı şekilde dijital video incelemelerini yürütmek;
• Ekipman arıza belgelerinin hazırlanması;
• Belirlenen departman içerisinde prosedürlerin doğru ve verimli bir şekilde işletilmesinden sorumlu olmak.
• Gerekli tüm sertifikaları ve tüm şirket içi eğitimleri tamamlamak.

Gereksinimler

• Lise mezunu veya GED eşdeğerine sahip;
• Tercihen 1 yıl kumarhane gözetimi deneyimi olan.
