Job Description
We are looking for “Casino Dealers” for our leading customer in the Landbase Hotel & Casino industry that we are consulting.

Inexperienced candidates can apply. Casino and games required as full paid training is given.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating all games in the required professional manner, showcasing exceptional presenting skills at all times in line with the Company performance expectations
• Ensuring that our players have a fun and enjoyable experience while playing our games;
• Always maintain the highest professional standards;
• Interacting with players through chat and other forms of communication;
• Carrying out all gaming operations in line with the current legislation and to the required company standards of efficiency, security and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Read, understand and speak Turkish at a high level;
• Preferably fluent in foreign languages (English, Russian, Ukrainen etc..);
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Passion for gaming and knowledge of various game titles;
• Flexibility of working hours and the ability to commit to 24/7 shifts.
• Inexperienced candidates between the ages of 18-25 can able to apply.
• No age range limit for candidates who are dealers for at least 1 year in casino.
