Job Description

We are looking for “Online Turkish Speaking Game Presenters” for our leading customer in the Online gaming industry that we are consulting.

No experience required as full paid training is given, although a knowledge of Casino games is useful, as well as comfortable in front of the camera. 

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating all games in the required professional manner, showcasing exceptional presenting skills at all times in line with the Company performance expectations;
• Ensuring that our players have a fun and enjoyable experience while playing our games;
• Always maintain the highest professional standards;
• Interacting with players through chat and other forms of communication;
• Carrying out all gaming operations in line with the current legislation and to the required company standards of efficiency, security and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Turkish language knowledge;
• Intermediate knowledge of English language (training will be in English);
• A basic level of computer skills;
• Ability to maintain high energy levels for the duration of the games (that require more animated performance);
• Good time management skills;
• Flexibility of working hours and the ability to commit to 24/7 shifts
• Attention to details and excellent people skills are essential;
• Accurate, disciplined, balanced and showing advanced composure under pressure.
